It opens the call to strengthen the business of Ciudad Bolivar in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Digital Literacy and the management and use of computers, all these tools that will improve standards and processes of micro, small and medium enterprises in the locality.


These trainings are part of the project Ciudad Bolivar, Digital City, which has been implemented in this locality of Bogotá, since 2009, different strategies to make technology essential tool in improving the quality of life of its inhabitants.

 

But the benefits will not only be on learning, but they gave a computer with printer and connectivity, as well, which will design a website for the promotion and marketing of various products and services offered by employers.

 

For those interested it is important to note:

 

  • Be a citizen (a) over 18 years and living in strata 1 and 2.
  • Have at least completed primary.
  • Being an entrepreneur (a) of the locality.
  • Minimum one (1) year of operation of micro, small and medium enterprises.
  • Belonging to the following economic sectors: Textile, garment and fashion design. And the food sector.
  • Start date of the call: Monday May 3, 2010.
  • Closing date of the call: Monday May 12, 2010.

 

The project Ciudad Bolivar, Digital City promotes productive training, self-education, citizenship development, collective solidarity and the construction of the public in the town thanks to 19 Bogotá Status Inter Cooperation Agreement, number 0350, signed between the Ministry of Technology Information and Communications, the General Secretariat, the Ministry of Social Integration and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Mayor of Bogota, in addition, the Local Development Fund of the Municipality of Ciudad Bolívar, the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota (ETB), with the support of the Chamber of Commerce, SENA and IPES.
