a) Advanced Options Menu

At the top of the page, just above the header image, is a bar of options that will allow you to register as a user of the portal, access your personal account and contact us, among other options will be explained further below.

The services available on the top bar are:

• Home: Clicking this option will allow you to return to the homepage of the Portal of Ciudad Bolivar at the time you want.
• My Account: With this service, you can authenticate to the system by inputting a user name and password. Also, you can manage your account information (Name, User Name, Password, Email and others.) Keep in mind that the register will be able to use applications such as forums, online learning platform, download documents, etc.
• Register: Create a user account and access to exclusive services for members identified in our Portal. Simply fill out your personal data and enjoy the benefits provided to our local community.
• Sitemap: In this option you will find the structure of the Portal.

• Accessible Version: This option allows you to view the content offered by a list of links organized by subject, without styles and page layouts. This way you will find the information you are looking for easily.

b) Institutional Menu Pages:

The institutional pages menu is located below the header image. This space will provide the opportunity to meet institutional efforts developed by the Local Municipality to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of Ciudad Bolivar.

c) Left Side Menu:

The left side menu offers you the opportunity to access training services, participation and information in an intuitive and enjoyable.

On the left side menu you will find the following services:

• Finder: Located on the upper side menu, the search engine lets you find specific content within the Portal, using one or more search words.
• Online Training: With this service you can conduct online training through courses offered from our website free. As a virtual student may enroll in one or more active modules and will have the opportunity to view the content of courses, submit evaluations and print certificates attesting to their learning. Do not forget to participate must be a registered user.
• Community: This service gives you the opportunity to choose the type of information you want to be shown, by selecting a user profile. For example, if you select the profile businessman, show news, events, procedures and other information related to the business world.
